Our History

KPS started as a tutorial center around Agbado area of Ogun state in the year 2010 with the name First Choice Educational Center that same year, First Choice Educational Center leased a Nursery and Primary school within Agbado area for Five years and due to the acquisition of the school the tutorial was operating under the new name known as “Victory School”

On the 3rd of Sept.2011, FCE started her owing Full Secondary school (Since the leased school only operate Nursery and Primary school) with over 50 students known as “Victory College.” The school was operating with the name until the expiration of the lease agreement in the year 2015. Before the expiration, the secondary school has acquired her permanent site and the school management has started a 2-storey modern school building in a serene environment with modern equipment. By Sept.2015, the secondary student resumed to the new permanent site and the name metamorphosis from Victory College to “The King’s Palace College”. 

By January 2016, the Nursery and Primary section relocated from the leased school compound to her permanent site and started operating with the name “The King’s Palace Montessori Nursery and Primary School. With this development the school now operate in two different location within Agbado area of Lagos/Ogun State

The school progress over the year is due to its visionary leaders. The school proprietor believes so much in the vision that God gave to him to train the future leaders. In, doing this during one of his traveling to London he held a meeting with some schools with a possibility of working in partnership with them so that some selected KPS students/Pupils can be going to the UK for an exchange Program at a reduced cost. 

The proprietor who is a seasoned Administrator coupled with his educational background and experience in the educational system in Nigeria believe in qualitative education, and he always assured parent/guardian that they will get value for every money spent on their children. 

The School has featured yearly in the NATIONAL COWBELL COMPETITION and in some program on TV and Radio station.
